Seawalls & Specialty Products
My business includes installing seawalls, bio engineering (using rock and plant materials), and constructing specialty products such as permanent post piers. One of my goals is to install a high quality product in any given area, doing what is best for the environment while also meeting the owner's specifications and always giving the costumer the most reasonable price possible.
Prior to beginning any project, I visit the area and offer a free price estimate. I've done a number of specialty products and am available for consultation. Permits are required from the DNR in Indiana, or the DEQ in Michigan. Filing the permits is another one of the other services I offer.
Though I have a long list of references as well as many photos, I'm in the process of compiling photographs and more detailed descriptions of both the typical and the more unusual projects I've completed. Some of the steep inclines and tight spots made some of the work more difficult, yet the end results have always pleased the owners and the challenges proved worthwhile.
I recently put together a brochure with a few small images of a variety of projects. I thought this venue, the Blog, would be a place where the photos of projects could be shown and eventually more photos and additional details will be included.
